Communi-Tea Floral Support is inspired by folks who work hard to build and support community, who sometimes get run down and need support in return. This herbal tea is enriched with lots of minerals and a gentle floral power that combine to be nourishing, calming, healing, strengthening, and uplifting to the heart and spirit, to help strengthen and recover after an illness. It has an earthy and aromatic flavor. Herbal allies include: thyme (antiviral, expectorant, moving, antimicrobial, warming + gently drying), nettle leaf (indicated for allergies, lung support, nourishing, fluid balancing), rose, chamomile and calendula (healing to tissues, lymph mover, good for digestion/liver), hibiscus (lowers blood pressure, high in Vitamin C), astragalus (building, strengthening), burdock and marshmallow roots (grounding, strengthening, nourishing, healing), with a touch of lavender, sage and skullcap (calming, relaxing, immune boosting).
