Ouverture en Rose Apéritif

Description

This Aperitif (‘Rose Opener’) – which traditionally would be taken before a meal to prepare the body’s system for digestion by whetting the apetite – is made in a base of red wine, infused with botanicals including soothing rose, bitter centaury, chamomile and rosemary (among others), and sweetened with local raw honey.  Let it sing your digestive tract a welcoming overture for your next great meal…  (Made in collaboration with HumbleBee Gardens.  Inspired by Bonal, a traditional French aperitif wine).

Ingredients:  Red wine, rose petals, chamomile, centaury, raw local honey, rosemary, sage.
